Orange County Property Management How Do I Approach A Management Company About Negotiating A Lower Rent For A Property That Seems Overpriced?

How do I approach a management company about negotiating a lower rent for a property that seems overpriced? - orange county property management

I have upgraded to a property that seems to be the ideal size and a place for my family, but not very well managed, have accessories in the kitchen and the bathroom in at least 20 years and the place needs a thorough cleaning before it, although at they say, is ready to move. I know nothing about the owners, but it is administered by the Direction property of Orange County in Huntington Beach, CA. The space remained vacant for at least 2 months long, and there are many other objects in the area to sit and free. Some go faster than others. The rents they are asking is $ 1850 and I want to pay over $ 1650 - $ 1700 too. Is this reasonable? How to approach this issue? We have not yet asked for the rent, but we have good credit, are married with one child and have a perfect rental history. We can probably get a letter of recommendation from our current owners, too.

A decline of 20% seems a bit like me, but it never hurts to ask.

The company does not provide the amount of rent, the owner. The process could go ahead and take some time and could not literally a contract in the amount of rent.

In real estate transactions, time is essential. As you know, someone may already be done.

Your management company and you simply make a lower bid.

They are more interested in their ability to make payments on the rental period. If there is great interest in the property, which will present the offer with the sale price. Simple as that.

If I were you, I think three or 4 houses and well-positioned to bid on three or four.

Including the preparation of disappointment when you do not get at home you want.
