can not hurt but now it's like playing basketball with much.now a little pain, but it is very painful afterwards. Has anyone tips or exercises to my knees stronger? Thanks

If you get the box sooner rather than later, as the previous poster said, they do not end up with an operation. I know that I was 6 in my right knee and 1 on my left.
